[updating] Each unit at Streamside at Vail-Birch has a gas fireplace, television, VCR, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Resort does not have or need air cond. Studio units OCC: Max 3/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 murphy bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have either 1 or 2 baths and varying bed structures. 2BR units OCC: Max 10/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 3 sleep sofas. Furnishings reflect 1980's style rustic decor. Although the resort's front desk is open 24 hours, please notify the resort in advance if you anticipate a late arrival. A US$20 key/telephone deposit is required upon check-in. The resort provides free shuttle service to the ski lifts as well as to the Village of Vail. Ski seasons vary each year, contact the resort to verify dates. Attractions and activities are seasonal. Pets are not allowed. Car is not necessary to fully enjoy the area. Airport shuttle available for a fee. Certain health conditions may be aggravet- ed due to the high altitude. The resort does NOT accommodate parking for R.V.'s. Garages, ski lockers & laundry on lower level of building.
